"Packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered from rimetrix.com and, to be fair, the product did arrive safely, so that part was fine. But the packaging itself didn’t exactly give the impression that much care went into it. The box was a little beat up, and the padding inside seemed minimal.

Nothing was actually damaged, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it. Still, for the price, you’d think they’d make sure it was packed a bit more securely. Overall, not awful, but definitely just average

"Kind of hit or miss for me"
My experience with Rimetrix was hit or miss, and mostly not in a good way. The site felt confusing to use, and I didn’t really feel confident as I was going through it. I expected things to be a lot smoother and easier to figure out. Maybe it works better for other people, but I probably won’t be using it again

I got these mostly because I wanted a little better coverage on the wheels, they fit really nice. The wheels look cleaner now, and they seem to protect more than the stock caps did. Shipping was totally fine too. So far, yeah, I’m happy with them.

They look decent once they’re on, especially from a few feet away, but the build feels lighter than I expected. The fit was okay, so no major issue there, but the packaging/handling seemed a little careless and that didn’t give me much confidence right out of the box. I’m just not sure how well these are going to hold up over time

The weird part is, the warranty help was actually fine once they got back to me. I had a rim cover crack, so I reached out and they did end up replacing it. It just took a few days between replies, and I had to follow up twice to keep things moving. Not a bad experience overall, just slower than I expected...

I ordered from rimetrix.com and wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the shipping time, but I ended up feeling happy with the whole experience.
The package showed up a few days earlier than I thought it would, which was such a nice surprise. Tracking updated smoothly too, so I never felt like I was left wondering where it was.

The only small thing was that the confirmation email took a little while to come through, but other than that everything went really well. Overall, I’m definitely pleased.

They fit fine and definitely make the car look nicer, but after a few weeks of driving, I can’t really say I notice a big difference in performance or range. Maybe there’s a slight improvement on the highway, but it’s hard to tell for sure. They’re not bad at all, just a little more average than I was hoping for...

I bought these from Rimetrix, and overall I’m happy with them. For the price, I wasn’t expecting anything too impressive, but the covers fit really nicely and actually looked better on the car than I thought they would. The installation felt straightforward, and once they were on, they didn’t have that cheap or awkward look I was kind of worried about. Shipping was fine too — nothing crazy fast, but it arrived without any issues, which is really all I needed. So overall, there’s not much for me to complain about. It feels like I got a good value and didn’t overpay for what I received.
